I am married, 57 years old, father of 3 children and grandfather of 2 grandchildren, I have type 2 diabetes and also a lung disease caused by smoking for many years and also because of some professions I have had over the years. I created this channel so that I can help someone overcome some difficulties they may experience as a result of having this type of disease.
On this channel I tell you how cycling changed my life and what I'm doing in the meantime. I was already forgetting I was born in Portugal
but I live in the Netherlands It was a cold day (-3 degrees wind chill of -11 degrees) with some wind along the Old Maas and for a small section of the Maasroute Eurovelo 19, one of the European routes for cyclists.===Para todas as pessoas que vêem e se inscrevem neste canal o meu obrigado .
Sou casado tenho 57 anos pai de 3 filhos e avô de 2 netos tenho diabetes tipo 2 e tambem uma doença pulmonar derivado a muitos anos fumador e tambem por causa de algumas profissões que tive ao longo dos anos . Criei este canal para que possa ajudar alguem a ultrapassar algumas dificuldades que possam sentir por terem este tipo de doenças .
Neste canal conto-vos como o ciclismo mudou a minha vida e o que entretanto vou fazendo . Ja estava a esquecer-me nasci em Portugal
