Final Hour Of The Wheel Mill.....

Описание: 3/17/24 The Wheel Mill is officially closed. It was an amazing 11 years where everyone involved affected the lives of countless people.
Whether it be just as a friend, contributing to a place to go for some who had nowhere else or to stay out of trouble, or one of the infinite other ways The Wheel Mill touched the lives of thousands and thousands of individuals.
This was a special place and I was sure that it would be saved. Unfortunately it was not and I feel for everyone who will be affected by this loss. It feels like writing a eulogy because it kind of is. The Wheel Mill was so much more than a building full of obstacles for bikes and anyone who has ever had a local indoor skatepark close down knows.

RIP The Wheel Mill and THANK YOU SO MUCH to Harry, Mike / Mark Potoczny, The entire Halahan family, and every single person who put any kind of effort into making it what it was.
I wish this was an April Fools video....but it's not.
I suppose pretending it is might make it hurt a little less.

Just know that things don't end with The Mill. BMX and riding bikes doesn't have to stop here.
Just remember...the young shredders quote "They can never close down our park if we keep on riding" applies to bikes in general and ride on...
