Hello Everyone!!!
I will share my first negosyo recipe that is most requested by my customers/sukibels.
You can double this recipe if you want just the way i used in my video.
Here is my recipe for you to start your own business.
Ingredients:
1 cup Cassava Flour
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup brown/wash sugar(i used the light color)
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. LYE water
1 tbsp. annatto seeds add 2 tbsp. hot water(strain) i used McCormick Annatto Seeds.
Cheese, Grated Coconut, Yema(optional for toppings)
