J & J Technical Services has entered another arena of the oil and gas industry.... saltwater disposal.

JJ Tech replaced a conventional triplex plunger pump with a new Wanner T-8045 diaphragm pump.

Saltwater is almost always produced along with oil and gas. It can either be injected back into another formation in the same well ...

...or the saltwater may be disposed of in deep, porous, formations in a nearby, non-producing well.

The operator receiving the new diaphragm pump was very happy at the prospect of not having to deal with worn packing, as the pump contains no packing or seals whatsoever.
It was only a week before JJ Tech installed the second diaphragm pump for the satisfied operator.

The disposal of the saltwater, or produced water, is a safe, but necessary practice. It is costly, but necessary in order to protect the environment.

With the use of the T-80 series pumps, JJ Tech has made this process much smoother and more efficient for operators.

JJ Tech continues to raise the bar for efficient saltwater disposal by replacing the old triplex pumps with JJ Tech diaphragm pumps.
