Today we test out a beginner friendly eyeliner tool created by a make up artist diagnosed with Parkinson's disease who wanted to create a tool that would help steady your hand and allow you to create a straight line! In this video I show you my first impression of the eyeliner tool and let you know if I think it is worth purchasing or if you are better off without it.
