60" x 145" Fixed table, moving gantry machine in a front-to-back configuration with a vacuum table supported by a 20 HP vacuum system.
Equipped with:
(1) 10 HP HSK COLOMBO Routing spindle with a 8-position rear mount tool changer, variable speed by inverter up to 24,000 RPM.
Full table coverage:
On X- & Y-axis, rack & pinion gantry drive with brushless Servo motors using integrated 25 mm linear roller bearing rack system, 8" Z-axis travel via lead screw drive; 1,000 IPM max. cutting feed, 1,700 IPM max. rapid traverse rate on X- & Y-axis.
Control:
The MULTICAM CNC controller is a stand-alone RISC/DSP system. The controller includes a keypad interface with hot keys for repetitious functions and DNC access to host computer. Memory for instant job replay, 32-bit processor, 12 MB RAM & 2 MB flash memory, interprets HPGL and M & G codes, RS-232 interface for PC communication.
Complete with:
20 HP TURBO/VAC vacuum pump, assorted tool holders and manuals.
