من این کره رو سپردم از روستا برام آوردن کلی هم توو نوبت بودم ، شما هم اگر روستا آشنایی دارید یا لبنیات سنتی می شناسید که کیفیت کارشون خوبه تهیه کنید.

من یک کیلو سیصد گرم کره به قیمت هشتاد هزار تومان تهیه کردم که حدود یک کیلوگرم کره حیوانی ازش گرفتم.

اول اینکه کره گاوی رنگ زردی داره و ما توی این ویدئو از کره گاوی استفاده کردیم ، اما کره و روغن گوسفندی و بز رنگش سفیده و طعم تیز تری نسبت به گاوی داره همچنین عطر و بو بیشتری داره بخاطر همین کره گوسفندی قیمتشم بالاتره.

روش های مختلفی برا تهیه روغن حیوانی از کره وجود داره که من روش معمول و آسون خودم رو براتون گذاشتم 👇

🔵 ابتدا یه قابلمه رو روی شعله خیلی کم میزاریم و کره ها رو داخل قابلمه میندازیم باید توجه داشته باشین که تا انتها کار حرارت رو زیاد نکنین تا به ارامی کره ذوب بشه
🔴 وقتی کره ذوب شد دوغ هایی که سر قابلمه هست رو با قاشق جدا میکنیم ولی نباید روغن رو هم بزنید چون دوغی که ته قابلمه هست بالا میاد و جدا کردنش سخت میشه فقط دوغ های سر قابلمه رو با قاشق جدا میکنیم که روغن رنگ شفافی به خودش بگیره.
🔵 سر روغن که خالی از دوغ شد اجازه میدیم ۲۰ دقیقه تو دمای محیط باشه که از داغی بیفته بعد به مدت حداقل سه ساعت داخل یخچال میزاریم که کامل ببنده (کره خودش رو میگیره و میشه اینطوری دوغ رو از کره جدا کرد)
🔴 از یخچال بیرون میاریم واز کنار دیواره قابلمه یه سوراخ روی کره ایجاد میکنیم که دوغی که ته ظرف هست با تکون دادن قابلمه خارج بشه
⚫ دوستان توجه داشته باشن که برای خوش عطر کردن روغنتون می تونید گیاه چویر تهیه کنید ، لای پارچه گذاشته و وسط روغنتون قرار بدید که عطر خوبی به روغن بده 👌
اگه روغنتون رو هم توی هیزه نگهداری کنید رفته رفته عطرش فوق العاده میشه 👌
