So I'm always willing to try something new when it comes to D&D 5e, and I had the opportunity to playtest in a one shot the other night. My good buddy ‪@Kugo‬ ran me through a one shot using his "Team Initiative" concept. I was skeptical at first but I really enjoyed it in play and I may use this in my campaigns going forward.
