Hello everyone - welcome back to Verde Beach! In this episode, we're going to layout the general roadway network for an urban neighborhood situated between the downtown and campus area. While doing this, we're going to address a few other issues including trash processing, pedestrian accessibility, placement of the aquarium and science center, relocation of the Brandenburg Gate, and the creation of the VBFD Fireman's Park. Not much zoning in this episode, but tons of roadway layout and planning. Enjoy!
