The D 531 through the Gorges de la Bourne in the Vercors in France is truly one of the most breathtaking scenic roads I have ever driven. Together with my wife, who was recording, we drove the part between the start a the very eastern end of the valley up to the fork at the bridge of Goule Noire. Though beautiful, the road can also be dangerous if you drive too fast or get distracted somehow, as you can see near the end from the carwreck I found down in the valley some days earlier.
