How to set up a Oophaga pumilio (Strawberry Blue Jean Dart Frog) BioActive Terrarium with the Dude

In this video we are building a Oophaga pumilio (Strawberry Blue Jean Dart Frog) BioActive Terrarium in the Amazonia InSitu Ecosystem. This 22.25 x 24 x 17.5 enclosure came to us mist king ready, and provided a great base for a soil-less terrarium for my duo. The base in this enclosure is made up of my signature Hydrogrow, spagnum moss, and leaf litter. These beautiful frogs are found in Central America primarily from eastern central Nicaragua through Costa Rica and northwestern Panama. The species is often found in humid lowlands and premontane forest, but large populations are also found in disturbed areas such as plantations. The strawberry poison frog is perhaps most famous for its widespread variation in coloration, comprising approximately 15–30 color morphs, most of which are presumed to be true-breeding. Oophaga pumilio, while not the most poisonous of the dendrobatids, is the most toxic member of its genus. They are also notably known for exhibiting a high degree of parental care.
