Pouch size range of: 2" - 5 3/4" W x 2" - 9 1/2" H, 14 stations on 7" centers, 21" L film rolls with 18" max web width, and 3" ID core, adjustable forming plow, with tension film rollers, a single side seal, cut-off, pickup, and pouch clamp stations, has no pouch detection, film registration, dual vacuum suction cup pouch opener, filler, top seal cleaning, deflation, and top seal stations, with dual vacuum suction cup pick off discharge. Klockner PLS touch pad controller with digital readout, A/B SLC PLC and a AC Tech variable speed drive, and Watlow side and top seal heat controllers.
