This is mostly a critique of the people you get from the LFD-system, where instances are seen as a way to breeze through low level instances like it's an Uber-ride. Speaking up is seen as annoying and most of all you just want the tank to pull lots of mobs at the same time as quickly as possible so you can go to the next one.
