Storyline [for the sake of the vid TW characters live in Mystic Falls too]: Sort of follows the lyrics of song

-Derek returns back to Mystic Falls after failing to find the Kol [the man who burnt his family home]. Derek gets a message from Damon [his friend that he tolerates] that Emily Bennett has some news of the Original vampires whereabouts.
Emily tell them that Kol and his brother will be returning back to Mystic Falls soon but that it's Bonnie Bennett's fate to cross lines with Kol Mikaelson [Both Damon and Emily know how much Derek cares for the witch]. Derek pushes aside all thoughts
of Bonnie Bennett and gets focused on finding Kol.

Bonnie has been having visions lately of a burning house and it leads her to Derek's old house [in which she surprised by his return]. Derek invites her in as she begins to inspect the house for more information and of the werewolf that she knew very little about.
One night Derek sees Bonnie running through the woods, thinking she may be in danger he runs to save only freezing at the sight of Emily Bennett beginning to make contact with Bonnie [which now makes Derek suspicious of Emily's intention for Bonnie].

Next day to check in on Bonnie he catches Damon talking to Bonnie that gets Derek more caution in protecting Bonnie and thinking that maybe Damon Salvatore should be the one keeping an eye on her since the Bamon friendship was already happening when he left Mystic Falls.

That doesn't go so well when Bonnie catches Damon taking a bite out of Caroline dad's neck. Bonnie wants nothing to do with him which of course leads Damon to feeling sorry for himself. Derek sees him lying in the middle of the road and yells at him for screwing up and telliing him that he should be protecting her.
Damon tells him that he too should have to protect her too since he too has feelings for Bonnie. He then asks Derek what the point is when Kol has already introduced himself to Bonnie. Emily catches the two by surprise telling them that those two no longer need to
protect Bonnie.

Bonnie goes to see Derek [trying to remember where the house was]. He sees her and tells her to stay away from him.

Bonnie has another vision [still unknown of the man in the wheelchair] but she knows Kol is the one that started the fire. She sees Derek and tells him what she knows now but she can't trust him if he doesn't want to be truthful to her.

Damon wants to make amends with Bonnie but she doesn't. Kol overhears and wants use this to his advantage to get Bonnie on his side. Bonnie is invited to one of the Mikaelson's party in which Kol keeps his eyes on her...later that night both Damon and Derek corner her and trying to get her to forgive them she tells them she won't but she will help them [Kol overhears them]

Another party in which Kol and Bonnie talks some more in which Bonnie hopes to get to know about Kol [and about the Hale fire]. Later during the party when being introduced to Damon, Kol tells him that he knows what they are planning and that he'll back off for
awhile to give them a chance to at least be of some entertainment

Damon, Bonnie and Derek meet up in, which Damon tells them that Kol knows they are trying to find a way to kill him. Bonnie tells them to be able to work together they have to have no secrets and begin trusting each other; in which Derek tells them both that he doesn't trust anyone and of course Damon makes a sarcastic explanation but Bonnie tells them both it's either this or nothing.

Later that night Emily visits Kol asking him if he really is going to leave them alone and he tells her no [it's a game for him] even though Emily knows that his death in the future won't be pleasant at all

Derek and Bonnie gets closer...and I think from then on the vid makes sense

Enily- Are you really going to leave all of this

Bonnie- Where am I?
Emily- This is where it started...and this is where it has to end

Stiles- Yeah well he's not here either
Derek- What?!
Stiles- He's not here. He's gone Derek
Derek- Stiles! Get out of there right now! It's him! He's the alpha! Get out!
Peter- You must be Stiles

Peter- Derek you have to give me a chance to explain. After all we're family

Derek- I'm the alpha now
Damon- You got to be kidding me
