In this Behind the Scenes conversation, Cailey walks Starlet through some of the equipment used in the Perley Arena and explains how these items support balance, coordination, focus, and core engagement during equine-assisted activities.

To demonstrate, Cailey even recruits Starlet to briefly play the role of a student - tossing a ring onto a cone to show how a simple activity can help build coordination and strengthen core muscles while riding.

These thoughtfully chosen tools help instructors create engaging exercises that support both physical and cognitive development during sessions.
