1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
Squeeze of honey

Blueberry Banana Smoothie
3/4 cup blueberries
1/2 ripe banana
2/3 cup low- or non-fat plain greek yogurt
Splash of water
Squeeze of honey

Blueberry Applesauce
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Peanut Butter Banana
1/2 ripe banana
1 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
1/3 cup low- or non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
Squeeze of honey
