Описание: During this Video our SDP expert trainer will show you- as a bidder that is interested in this contract, how to register/ login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), and search for this contract notice. We will then follow the buyer instruction verbatim, to record an interest and access the tender documents, spending time on the Single Procurement Document (SPD), plus access all of the Buyer attachments. We will also explain how to use the Q&A functionality, which to used to communicate with buyer during the tender process and demonstrate how to upload attachments into PCS.
