Описание: Just my thoughts on weight gain and weight loss at this point in my journey as well as other things. It’s constantly evolving. Meaning my thoughts and what I’m learning about maintaining. And about what to eat and not to eat or what to eat less of. I don’t think there is anything that I don’t eat. I confess I have eaten a lot less popcorn lately since I had a kernel get stuck and it caused my gums to become irritated. Lol. Sometimes it takes that kind of experience to warn you off of something though.
