Ingredients:
1. ½ kg groundnuts (peanuts)
2. ½ kg sesame seeds
3. ½ kg jaggery
4. Maida – enough to form dough
5. Salt (added to the maida mixture)
6. Water (½ cup for jaggery syrup + as needed for maida dough consistency)
Step‑by‑Step Method:
1. Roast: In a pan, roast ½ kg groundnuts and ½ kg sesame seeds seperately and take our to a plate .
2. Cool & Grind: Let the roasted seperately cool, then grind to a coarse powder.
3. Jaggery Syrup: In another pan, combine ½ kg jaggery with ½ cup water and melt it to make a thick syrup and cool down.
4. Mix: Add the groundnut‑sesame powder to the jaggery syrup. Stir well.
5. Add Maida & Salt: Mix in maida with pinch salt to the mixture to form a dough‑like consistency,Add water as needed for the right consistency.
6. Shape: Make small balls (laddus) from the dough add close the balls with maida and roll it .
7. Cook: Take a pan and on low flame until golden brown on both sides.
