Mollie’s work has spanned leading firms, from competency modeling and leadership assessment and development at Korn Ferry, to building and implementing structured interviewing at scale at Meta, to her current role as Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions, where she designs and delivers leadership assessment and executive coaching for senior executives. Mollie holds a BS in Psychology from Florida State University and a MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University.
