[Hindi] Retry Promise on Rejection | JavaScript Machine Coding

In this video, we have discussed the problem generally asked in the JavaScript Coding/ Machine Coding round at Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, and others. The problem is about adding the retry mechanism to the promise function so that if the promise is rejected/ failed for any reason, it should try to re-attempt for the given max attempts before notifying the caller about the final state ie. error.

We have discussed the following problem areas:
1. mock function to fetch the state from the server
2. wrapper function to add the retry mechanism to async/ promise function
3. wait before the next re-attempt
4. counter state to maintain the connect re-attempts count
