There are a family of about 7 to 8 smooth otters living at Yishun Pond and enjoying the abundance of fishes and generally having a relaxing time feeding and frolicking.

These otters have found a stable home and habitat that allows them to thrive and replenished their small numbers. From a family of otters that returned to our waters some time back. Now they are practically all over the island. Roaming freely as wild animals do.
