Multi‑select in Bubble tables: the one‑state method for real bulk actions

Bubble tables don’t ship multi‑select, but you can fake it flawlessly. Use a single custom state (list) of your table’s data type as the “selected items” bucket.
A checkbox icon toggles rows with plus item/minus item, shows checked when the list contains the current cell’s thing, and unlocks bulk buttons only when selections exist.
For deletion, run Delete a list of things with the custom state, then clear the list and refresh to avoid ghost entries.
For updates, schedule a backend workflow on a list (Task + new Status) to process in the background—fast, scalable, and clean.
