This was the final match of the year at El Dorado Gun Club, and we ended it with a unique outlaw CCW shooting match.
In this match, shooters fired from concealment using everyday carry gear, but with a twist—after make ready, each shooter rolled a die to determine which targets they had to engage once the buzzer sounded. No pre-planned stage strategy, just real-time decision making under pressure.
This format challenged shooters to adapt on the fly, manage uncertainty, and stay disciplined with CCW fundamentals. It was a fun, unpredictable way to close out the year and a great test of practical shooting skills.
