Not much right hand pulling due to a severe back injury I never recovered from, still tried as you can see at the end but my shoulder was in shambles for a week after so I'll be more careful in the future, I also procrastinated the upload of this video because as I said I lost nearly 9* kg with a huge sickness (I started creatine at the same time so I may have gained 2kg of "water retention" that's why I'm not sure between 7-9kg lost) so I look super depleted and thin but I get asked everyday for an armwrestling video and had to take accountability, I had a blast recording this and I think my friends did too, we'll make much more in the future.
