Carrot Coconut Truffles ✨
Bite-sized carrot–coconut halwa treats to welcome the New Year🥕🥥
Soft on the inside, chocolatey on the outside ~ these flavorful little balls are pure bliss. I used the 700 ml & 500 ml jars of my new AGARO Regal 3-Jar Personal Blender to grate the coconut and carrots. Its powerful 400W copper motor, dedicated blending & grinding blades, and BPA-free jars made the whole process smooth and effortless.

👉Ingredients:
Carrot (cut into small pieces) - 1 and 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar (as per your taste) - 1 tsp
Milk Powder - 1 tsp
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Chopped nuts - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Melted Chocolates (Dark and White) - as required
Colorful sprinklers (optional, to garnish)
👉Process:
1. Add the carrot pieces to the 700 ml blender jar and blend until finely grated with an even texture. Transfer the grated carrots to a bowl.
2. Add the coconut pieces to the 500 ml jar and blend until finely grated.
3. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated carrot and coconut and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the moisture evaporates, add sugar and mix well. Stir in milk powder, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture turns dry, aromatic, and well combined. Transfer to a dish and allow it to cool to room temperature.
4. Once cooled, shape the mixture into small truffles and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating evenly. Garnish with sprinkles if desired, place on butter paper, and let them set. Once firm, enjoy! 🍫✨
