Today we are making a classic chocolate tart. It is very simple to make and does not require baking. It is perfect for summer because it is icy. So you can have it with ice cream, the combination is amazing! Try it now, you will love it! :)


Ingredients

Biscoff Cookies 200g
Unsalted Butter 90g

Dark Chocolate (63% Cacao) 250g
Heavy Cream 190g
Unsalted Butter 35g

Water 80g
Heavy cream 60g
Granulated White Sugar 80g
Cocoa Powder 30g
Gelatin 6g

Baking Pan size: 8" x 1.38"

Instructions:
1. Finely crush the Biscoff cookies, mix with melted unsalted butter, place in a tart pan, press firmly into shape, and harden in the refrigerator.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl over a pot of hot water, then add the unsalted butter and mix.
3. Put it in the cookie crust, flatten it, and harden it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
4. Put water, heavy cream, granulated white sugar, and cocoa powder in a pot and boil while stirring until slightly thickened. Melt the gelatin in the mixture and then sift.
5. Pour the glaze over the hardened chocolate filling, level it, and leave it to harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
