Emmy winner Theodore Shapiro joined me for a new Sound of the Movies interview episode. Over the course of his career, he wrote the scores for projects such as The Devil Wears Prada, Heist, Tropic Thunder, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, St. Vincent, Along Came Polly, Starsky and Hutch, Trumbo, The Intern, Ghostbusters (2016), Severance, The School for Good and Evil, Wolfs and many more. On this episode, we spoke in detail about the beginnings of his career, and how he approached his first projects, working with Ben Stiller on The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Tropic Thunder as well as Severance, scoring the Ghostbusters reboot, The School for Good and Evil, and much more.
