DK-UA Career HUB, First Round 2025, Graduation Event

Описание: For almost half a year, we at Bevar Ukraine were developing a unique program, DK-UA Career HUB, supported by hundreds of volunteers and professionals across Denmark.

Together, we spent countless hours exploring the intricacies of business English. These were not just grammar lessons—each session prepared by our wonderful colleague, business English tutor and career coach Maryna Sydorenko, was carefully designed to help participants craft excellent CVs, succeed in interviews, and communicate confidently with mentors.

Our Mentorship Program brought together more than 70 Ukrainian participants and 50 dedicated mentors. This fruitful collaboration connected Danish, international, and Ukrainian professionals with proven experience in the Danish labour market. They generously supported our mentees in developing their personal branding, building professional networks, enhancing LinkedIn profiles, and navigating the job application process.

A heartfelt thank you to our mentors, webinar coaches, and the outstanding HRs and recruiters who conducted online mock interviews for Ukrainians! Your contribution is invaluable. It not only empowers our participants to gain experience and confidence in Denmark but also prepares them to contribute to rebuilding Ukraine when they return home.

We remain connected, we continue to grow our relationships, and tomorrow we are ready to welcome the new participants of the second wave of the DK-UA Career HUB!
