That stabbing heel pain first thing in the morning or after sitting for a while can make even short walks feel uncomfortable.
Many people assume the issue is just in the heel or arch, but it’s often part of a bigger problem.
The heel is where the tension shows up not where it starts.
Tight calves, restricted ankle movement, or weak foot muscles can all overload the plantar fascia, the thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot.
