Cherry Chia Smoothie | Cherry Thick Shake 🍒
Naturally sweet, creamy, and packed with fiber—perfect for breakfast or a mid-day boost!
Ingredients
• 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
• 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy — chilled and thick)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 1/2 cup water for 15–20 mins or overnight)
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Instructions
1. Soak chia seeds until they form a gel (15–20 mins or overnight).
2. Add cherries, milk, soaked chia seeds, sweetener, to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve chilled. Pour into a glass with ice, and garnish with cherry halves, nuts, or even a few dark chocolate shavings for a treat!
✨ Tip: Add 1/4 vanilla extract for extra flavor!
