Potato - 2 medium (marinate with 2 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric power , salt)
Onion - 3 small
Ginger - 1/2 tbsp chopped
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Green chillies - 3 - 4
Capsicum - 1 small
Oil - 3 - 4 tbsp + for frying potatoes
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
