Step ups are a great way to recruit big muscle groups for a more explosive stride.
Good for all you sprinters out there...but equally helpful for you long distance folk!
Coach Adam takes you through this movement with a good level of detail - so focus on those performance points around the big toe, developing a strong arch, and how to initiate this movement properly and powerfully.
Once mastered with body weight, you can further challenge yourself with either a) higher box and/or b) some weight!
