Buckingham Palace was designed under George IV. He married Queen Caroline to get his debts paid off, but he was married before that. He hated Caroline, and when he became King, he banned her from his coronation. He died ten years later

King John was crowned King in 1199 when Richard the Lion Heart died. During his coronation he took off all his clothes (as was tradition) and fell over because the crown is made of solid gold.
