Raw Vegan Burrito:
Raw Seaweed: 2 sheets of raw seaweed
Pecan Crumble: Date syrup, minced garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
Raw Hemp ‘Spicy Ranch’ Dressing: 2 cups organic hemp seeds, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp tarragon, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp black pepper corns, 1 tbsp mustard (made from vinegar, water, mustard seeds, sea salt, and spices), juice of 1 lemon, 5 small pitted dates (or 3 large pitted dates), and 1 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth
Toppings: 4 slices of tomato, 1 sliced mini cucumber, 1 handful of lettuce, 8 thin slices of purple onion, 1/2 avocado, 5-6 slices of fresh yellow pepper, 2-3 tbsp pecan crumble, 1 handful of shredded carrots, 1-2 tbsp coconut aminos, and 2 tbsp raw hemp "ranch" dressing.
