Learn how to make Mawa or Khoya at home with milk
Its easy to make mawa or khoya at home but it takes lot of patience.But its better to be patient instead of using mawa of market which has no guarantee of purity . You can make so many variety of sweets with mawa.So lets begin and check out the recipe
Ingredients
Full Cream Milk 1 Liter
Method of making mawa with milk
Step 1:- Boil the full cream milk once it comes to boil set the flame on medium and keep stirring in every 2-3 minutes with the help of a spatula
Step2:- Keep scratching the sides also and continue the process of stirring in every 2-3 minutes till the milk becomes thick of ¼ of the quantity
Step 3:-when milk reaches to its ¼ of its quantity start stirring it continuously for atleast 5-7 minutes or till it gets mor thick
Step4:- Now transfer it in a bowl or plate and let it cool down before you use it
