It's Dinner Time!!! Today we stopped at the Red Fox Mountain Tavern in Waynesville NC.
Located at: 562 Russ Ave. in Waynesville NC., they serve American comfort food with a good selection of beer and other drinks.
Reasonably priced for the area you'll find a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
I got the Maple Bourbon Hot Chicken & Waffle Sandwich: fried chicken with maple bourbon Nashville hot sauce, pickles, Vermont pure maple syrup on a waffle!!!!
Steph got the Fox & Turkey Sandwich: roasted turkey, applewood bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, dijonnaise, on house made focaccia bread.
As sides, I got the Pimento Bacon Mac and Steph got french fries.
We highly recommend the Red Fox as a great place to stop while in Waynesville NC.
