This dark ambient track plays during the opening warm up stage (or Level 0) in Streets of Rage 4's DLC survival mode. It does not appear on the OST album, and as far as I am aware, has no title. I assume Tee Lopes is the composer, this being the case for the rest of the DLC music.
There are actually 3 variants of this cue in the game files, at 105658225.wem, 210680315.wem, and 323737578.wem - I carefully stitched them all together to create a single, seamless track, complete with fades & outro. I hope you enjoy.
