Given the constraints on Capex and P&L, the mobile networks industry has traditionally been operational efficiency-driven. However, AI enables this industry to rethink innovation to add value to consumers and enterprises. 
Usman classified the AI opportunities for mobile networks into two main categories: (1) "Everyday AI" and (2) "Game-Changing AI." 
The "Everyday AI" category is about improving internal processes, sales, and operations. Many mobile networks have already started leveraging AI in this category. Usman argues that real opportunities for mobile networks from AI will be in the "Game-Changing AI" category, which is about creating new experiences and value for end consumers and enterprises. He shared a few exciting examples in this category.
