WCS 2016 Signature Series: ByuN (Terran)

Описание: “ByuN” Hyun Woo, formerly known as “GhostKing“, is a Terran player from South Korea.

Early in his pro gaming career, ByuN had relative success participating in GSTL and various tournaments from 2011 – 2012, but with the release of Heart of the Swarm, ByuN struggled in his tournament play. Eventually, near the end of 2013, he stopped participating in major tournaments, and it was assumed he had retired from the pro gaming scene.

Though, in 2015 he began participating in various smaller tournaments eventually earning himself a name as one of the strongest players of the LotV Beta. His success continued to grow and that December he qualified for Season 1 of SSL 2016, marking his first appearance at a premiere tournament in over two years, and all without a team.

Later in 2016 he qualified and participated in GSL Season 2 and eventually took the first place prize becoming the first player to win a championship without a team as well as securing his place in the 2016 WCS Global Playoffs at BlizzCon.
