I Played TALL In Siberia and it BROKE me (Crusader Kings 3)

Описание: I was told that I'd never reach 100 development playing only in Siberia! Today, I prove them wrong. So why is Siberia so hard? -6 development a month. Surely that’s not so bad. Let’s just promote development, maybe stack a couple modifiers and okay huh so that’s not nearly enough. Are all the Siberian counties like this? Yes. They are. This permafrost modifier is obliterating the land here and I'm gonna fix it.
