Healthy homemade fruit jam

This quick recipe uses only fruits + natural sweetness, so it’s much healthier than store-bought jam.

Ingredients
2 cups chopped fruits (apple, strawberry, mango or mixed)
1–2 tbsp honey or dates paste (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water

Method (very easy)
Add fruits + water to a pan.
Cook on low flame for 10–12 minutes till soft.
Mash the fruits.
Add lemon juice and honey/dates paste.
Cook 3–4 minutes more until thick.
Let it cool → store in a clean jar.
