विश्व की योगनगरी के तौर पर मशहूर ऋषिकेश (Rishikesh) में वैसे तो पूरे साल ही बड़ी संख्या में सैलानी पहुंचते हैं. लेकिन दीपावली (Diwali 2024) के समय यहां की रौनक देखते ही बनती है, जहां भारतीय लोगों के साथ-साथ विदेशी भारत के रंग में रंगे नज़र आते हैं. शरीर पर साड़ी धारण किए, माथे पर बिंदी लगाए और गले में कंठी माला पहने विदेशी भगवान की धुन में रमे नज़र आते हैं. ऐसा ही नज़ारा इस दिवाली पर भी देखने को मिला, जहां मंत्रोच्चारण और घंटों की ध्वनि ने विदेशियों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया और वे भावविभोर हो उठे.
