Every pastor is an interim pastor. At some point, every pastor will leave and pass the baton to the next generation of leadership. Strangely, most pastors and leadership boards live as if this is not true. Succession planning is the process by which a church develops a plan for pastoral departure so there is clarity about what steps need to be taken. This session will provide practical guidance for new and seasoned leaders alike.
