-Use beef lard or beef oil and fry with the rest of the oil (this is what I didn't do I used beef stock lol)
-SOAK POTATOES FOR AT LEAST 30MINS OR 2 HOURS MAX
-DRY OFF POTATOES BEFORE FRYING
-fry for 5 mins take them out and fry again for 3 mins
