Controlled awareness
often doesn’t come from the outside,
but from how quickly we step into each unfolding moment.

We rush to judge, to name,
to decide what an experience is supposed to mean.
Before life has time to open itself,
we are already standing ahead of it, trying to lead.

When definition steps back,
space opens for sensation to appear.

To be carried
is allowing ourselves
to stop constantly pushing the world forward.

Urban Flow is not meant to take you somewhere,
but to stay with a daily movement
that has already begun to flow.
