Описание: Re learning to run after a stroke might sound like a big challenge. Realistically this is asked by people who, really WANT to run again, because it's something they have pursued before, AND people who have most likely mastered walking really quite well. Confidence will come from mastering some of the work in this video and combine that with some of the other work on my channel. Really refining the EYE control exercises, as outline in " Your Eyes Must Do This" • Your Eyes MUST do these 3 things after Stroke will help enormously. Do ask questions . I can answer them by writing or making new films that hopefully clarify points raised in the first video. It's your channel as much as mine.
