材料:
4片 韓國魚板
1個 小型洋蔥
3顆 甜椒
調味料:
2湯匙 醬油
1湯匙 味醂
1湯匙 韓國料理糖漿/ 蜂蜜
少許 鹽及黑胡椒粉
芝麻油
芝麻
做法:
1. 把洋蔥和甜椒切條, 魚板切成小塊備用
2. 中大火落油, 加入洋蔥、鹽及黑胡椒粉炒至軟身
3. 加入甜椒炒1至2分鐘
4. 加入魚板、醬油、味醂炒均勻
5. 關火, 加入韓國料理糖漿/ 蜂蜜和芝麻炒勻
6. 最後加少許芝麻油即可

Ingredients:
4 pieces Korean fish cake
1 small onion
3 bell pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp Korean syrup or honey
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Sesame seed
Sesame oil
Method:
1. Cut fish cake into small pieces; Slice onion, bell pepper and set aside.
2. Preheat a wok with 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat, add sliced onion, pinch of salt and pepper then cook onion until tender.
3. Add bell pepper and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Add fish cake, soy sauce, mirin and stir well.
5. Turn off the heat, add Korean syrup or honey, sprinkle some sesame seed and mix well.
6. Add sesame oil and serve.
