YouTube requires channels to have 1,000 subsribers and 4,000 watch hours (within the last 12 months) to qualify for the YouTube Partner Program.

It took us a little over 4 months of consistent posting to hit the magical 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours that YouTube requires to monetize your channel.
