Cebuano performers shine as 48th ASEAN Summit opens

Sinulog sa Dakbayan 2025 grand champion Lumad Basakanon, a dance troupe from Barangay Basak, Cebu City, showcased their vibrant local culture and heritage.

A choral ensemble composed of Los Cantantes Cebu and the Cebu City-based Jose R. Gullas Visayas Chorale also sang the ASEAN anthem, titled "The ASEAN Way."
